Our Role

Organisationde Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install or service products. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers we connect you with run their own businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, schedules, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, direct or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Organisationde Walk-In Tubs or its licensors own the text and design of this site. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Organisationde Walk-In Tubs is not liable for loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's products or services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
