You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Organisationde Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not fix the problem, reply and ask for a second review. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
